The room fee is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled the room fee will be given to the host as Chicago Chop House credit. If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 business days prior to the event, the room fee will be withheld. If custom items are selected, and the event is cancelled less than 3 business days prior, the credit card on file will be charged 100% of the cost of the custom items. Custom items include and are not limited to hand passed or stationary hors d’oeuvres.

Please reference your events contract/coordinator for information on event payment, guest guarantee and fees.

We allow up to 4 separate checks. If more than 4 checks are needed in order to fully pay the master check, the deposit will be withheld as a credit card processing fee.

All private events have a 20% mandatory gratuity and 4% admin fee. Bartender ($150) and Server Fees ($150) are added at managements discretion.

A guest guarantee and menu selection must be given 3 business days prior to your event. A decrease in guarantee less than 3 business days in advance will result in a addition $35 pp charge. In addition to the packages selected for those guests.

After working with your events coordinator, they will send you a “final events contract” that will include the packages selected and other information regarding your event.
